Refund and Digital Downloads Policy

Thank you for shopping with Let’s Make It Mini. Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, all digital-download sales are final and nonrefundable.

Please review the product description, file specifications, scale, paper size, software requirements, and printing instructions carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads

We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after an order has been completed or download access has been provided.

This policy applies whether or not you:

Download the purchased file
Open or print the file
Use the file for a project
Change your mind
Purchase the wrong product
Select the wrong collection, pattern, scale, or design
Find that the product does not suit your personal preferences
Lack the necessary software, equipment, printer, or technical knowledge
Experience differences between screen and printed colors
Obtain unsatisfactory results because of printer settings, paper, ink, cutting, assembly, or application

Once the Website provides access to the digital product, the product is considered delivered.

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

2. Review Before Purchasing

Before completing your order, please confirm:

The product is a digital download and not a physical item
You have selected the intended product or collection
The listed scale is appropriate for your project
Your printer supports the stated page size
Your device can open the listed file type
You understand the product’s permitted uses
You have reviewed any product-specific instructions

Product preview images may be reduced, cropped, watermarked, or displayed in a miniature setting. The downloadable file may differ in presentation from the preview while containing the purchased design.

3. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through:

A download link is displayed after checkout
The customer’s Let’s Make It Mini account
An order-confirmation email
Another method identified on the product page

Customers are responsible for entering a correct, working email address and checking spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders.

Failure to locate an email does not mean the product was not delivered if the download is available through the order-confirmation page or customer account.

4. Download Problems

Although purchases are nonrefundable, we want you to receive the product you ordered.

The download link does not work
The downloaded file is corrupted
The file cannot be opened despite using compatible software
A file listed as part of the product is missing
You received a different file from the one shown in your order

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase and include:

Your name
Order number
Email address used for the order
Product name
Description of the problem
A screenshot of any error message, when helpful

After verifying the order and problem, we may provide:

Technical instructions
A renewed download link
A replacement copy of the purchased file
A corrected file
The missing file
Access through an alternate delivery method

Providing assistance or a replacement file does not constitute a refund or create a right to a refund.

5. Incorrect File Delivered

If an error by Let’s Make It Mini causes you to receive a file different from the product identified in your order, we will provide the correct file at no additional charge.

The incorrectly delivered file remains protected by copyright and may not be used, copied, shared, sold, or distributed unless we give written permission.

The remedy for an incorrectly delivered product will ordinarily be delivery of the correct product rather than a refund.

6. Defective or Corrupted Files

If a purchased file is confirmed to be defective or corrupted, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace it.

A file is not considered defective merely because:

Your device does not have compatible software
Your printer cannot print the required page size
Your printer changes colors or dimensions
The file was printed using incorrect settings
“Fit to Page,” scaling, or automatic resizing was enabled
You expected a physical product
You expected a different scale or file format than the one described
You are unfamiliar with opening, saving, printing, or extracting digital files
The finished project differs from the product preview because of the materials or workmanship

If we determine that a genuine defect cannot reasonably be corrected or replaced, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

7. Duplicate Charges

If the same order was accidentally charged more than once because of a payment or Website error, contact us promptly.

After verifying the duplicate transaction, we will reverse or refund the unintended duplicate charge. Correcting a duplicate billing error does not constitute a refund of the valid original purchase.

Purchasing the same product in separate completed orders is not automatically considered a duplicate charge.

8. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us promptly and also contact your bank or payment provider.

We may request information needed to investigate the transaction. We reserve the right to suspend associated accounts or download access while an unauthorized-payment claim is being reviewed.

9. Printing Results

Printable products may be designed for a specific:

Dollhouse scale
Paper size
Page orientation
Print percentage
Resolution
Color profile or intended use

For the best results, follow the instructions included with the product or shown on its product page.

Unless instructed otherwise:

Print at 100% or Actual Size
Disable Fit to Page
Select the correct paper size
Confirm portrait or landscape orientation
Print a test page
Measure the scale guide before starting the project

Colors may vary between monitors, printers, inks, paper types, and professional printing services. These normal variations do not make a product defective and do not qualify for a refund.

Let’s Make It Mini is not responsible for paper, ink, materials, professional printing charges, or other costs associated with printing or using a digital product.

10. Customer Equipment and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, software, printer, and supplies.

Product pages will identify the provided file types whenever practical. Common formats may include PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG, or ZIP.

Incompatibility with a customer’s device, software, printer, cutting machine, or other equipment does not qualify for a refund when the product format was accurately disclosed before purchase.

11. Download Limits and File Storage

Download links may be limited by time, number of downloads, account, order, or email address.

Customers should download purchased files promptly and save a backup copy for personal use. We do not guarantee that download links or customer accounts will remain available indefinitely.

If a link expires, we may restore access after verifying the order. Restoration is at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

12. Product Updates

A purchase includes the version of the product offered at the time of purchase.

We may correct, update, replace, discontinue, or redesign products. Unless expressly promised, a previous purchase does not automatically include:

Future versions
Additional designs
Expanded collections
New file formats
Different scales
Commercial-use rights

We may provide corrected files to prior purchasers when appropriate.

13. Free Digital Downloads

Free products, promotional downloads, member exclusives, and complimentary resources are provided without monetary refunds.

We may replace or correct a free file, but we do not guarantee permanent availability, continuing access, technical support, or future updates.

Free products remain subject to their license terms and may not be shared, redistributed, or sold.

14. Digital Product License

Purchasing a digital product grants a limited license to use the product according to our Terms and Conditions and any product-specific license.

Payment does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design.

Unless a separate license states otherwise, files are for personal, noncommercial use and may not be:

Shared with another person
Uploaded to a group or website
Resold or redistributed
Included in another collection
Used for mass production
Modified for resale
Made available through a shared drive or file service

Violation of the license may result in termination of download access without a refund.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a genuine delivery or billing problem.

Filing a chargeback does not cancel the copyright license restrictions applicable to the downloaded product. We may provide the payment provider with order records, delivery records, download activity, account information, communications, and acceptance of this policy when responding to a dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of the associated account and future purchasing privileges.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a lawful right through your bank or payment provider.

16. International Customers

Consumer-protection laws vary by location. This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

In jurisdictions that provide a withdrawal period for online purchases, immediate access to digital content may affect that right. For example, European guidance states that the withdrawal right for online digital content may be lost after downloading begins when the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of that right. Where legally required, international customers may be asked during checkout to:

Request immediate delivery of the digital content
Consent to delivery beginning before a statutory withdrawal period expires
Acknowledge that beginning the download may end the right of withdrawal

When applicable law grants a nonwaivable remedy, that law controls over conflicting portions of this policy.

17. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund and Digital Downloads Policy to reflect changes in our products, delivery methods, business practices, or legal obligations.

The policy applying to an order will generally be the version displayed when the order was placed, except when a change is required by law.

The latest version will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
