Terms and Conditions
Effective date: April 1, 2026
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Welcome to Let’s Make It Mini. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of letsmakeitmini.com (the “Website”), including its articles, tutorials, calculators, downloads, products, community features, and related services.
The Website is owned and operated by Let’s Make It Mini (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a product, or using our content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase or create an account.
By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases and Website activity performed by minors under their supervision.
2. Website Purpose
Let’s Make It Mini provides information, inspiration, tutorials, calculators, printable products, digital downloads, and other resources related to dollhouses, miniatures, crafts, design, and miniature making.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Website content is helpful and accurate. However, miniature projects involve personal technique, materials, tools, equipment, printers, software, and environmental conditions that we cannot control. Results may vary.
3. Accounts and Passwords
Some Website features, purchases, downloads, promotions, or member resources may require an account or password.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password
- Restrict access to your account
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account
You may not share a personal customer account, download link, promotion password, or other restricted access information with unauthorized individuals.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used fraudulently, violate these Terms, or interfere with the Website or another customer’s use of it.
4. Products and Services
We may offer free and paid products, including:
- Printable wallpaper and flooring
- Miniature-scale patterns and templates
- Guides and eBooks
- Digital kits and collections
- Scale rulers and planning tools
- Tutorials and project instructions
- Member-only resources
- Other downloadable content
Product descriptions, previews, dimensions, scale information, file types, printing instructions, prices, and availability may be changed or corrected at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors may vary because of monitor settings, printers, inks, paper, lighting, and other factors. Product preview images may be reduced, cropped, watermarked, or presented in a room setting for demonstration purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold through the Website are digital products only. No physical item will be mailed.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order because of:
- Pricing or product-description errors
- Payment problems
- Suspected fraud
- Unauthorized use of a promotion
- Technical problems
- Violation of these Terms
- Product unavailability
- Other reasonable business or legal concerns
If we cancel a paid order after payment has been completed, we will issue an appropriate refund.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. It does not limit our ability to correct a genuine error or cancel a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, fees, or other charges will be disclosed during checkout when required.
We may change prices at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect a completed order.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers enabled through WooCommerce. By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- The information is accurate
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- You authorize the applicable charges
- The transaction does not violate any law
We do not directly store complete credit-card or banking information.
Prices, required charges, and material purchase conditions should also appear clearly on product and checkout pages—not only in these Terms. The Federal Trade Commission advises that disclosures affecting a purchase decision be clear, conspicuous, and presented before purchase. See the FTC’s digital disclosure guidance.
7. Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally delivered through:
- A download link is displayed after checkout
- The customer’s Website account
- An order-confirmation email
- Another delivery method is stated on the product page
Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and checking spam or junk folders.
Download links may have expiration dates or download limits. These restrictions are intended to protect our products and prevent unauthorized sharing. If you experience a legitimate download problem, contact us for assistance.
You are responsible for confirming that your device, software, printer, and internet connection can open and use the file format identified on the product page.
8. Digital Product License
Unless a product page contains different written license terms, purchasing or downloading a Let’s Make It Mini digital product grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license for personal, noncommercial use only.
You may:
- Download the product for your own use
- Save a reasonable backup copy
- Print copies are needed for your personal miniature projects
- Use the finished printed material in a personal dollhouse, room box, diorama, display, or similar miniature project
- Display or photograph your completed personal project
You may not:
- Sell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the digital file
- Upload the file to a website, group, forum, cloud folder, file-sharing service, or social-media platform
- Email or transfer the file to another person
- Resell printed sheets, templates, patterns, or substantially unchanged components
- Include the file in another digital or physical collection
- Claim the design as your own
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or embedded ownership information
- Use the product to train an artificial-intelligence system or create competing digital designs
- Use the product for mass production or commercial manufacturing
- Convert, trace, extract, or modify the design for resale or redistribution
- Share member passwords, coupon codes, or protected download links publicly
Purchasing a product does not transfer its copyright or other ownership rights.
Commercial use is prohibited unless we provide a separate written commercial license.
9. Completed Miniature Projects
You may display and photograph a personal miniature project made using our products.
If you want to sell completed miniature projects that incorporate our printables, patterns, or templates, you must first obtain written permission or purchase a commercial-use license if one is offered.
Permission to sell a finished project does not include permission to sell unused printed sheets, kits, templates, digital files, reproductions, or individual components derived from our designs.
10. Printing and Scale Disclaimer
Our printable products are designed for the scale and page size stated in the product description. Accurate results may require:
- Printing at 100% or “Actual Size”
- Disabling “Fit to Page”
- Selecting the correct paper size
- Using an appropriate printer and paper
- Checking the included scale guide before completing a project
We cannot guarantee exact color, dimensions, print quality, or alignment when a file is printed using different printers, software, inks, papers, settings, or professional printing services.
Always print and measure a test page before beginning a project. Minor variations may occur during printing, cutting, assembly, or application.
11. Refunds and Digital Products
Because digital products are made available for immediate access or download, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided, except when:
- The file is defective or corrupted
- The wrong file was delivered
- A duplicate charge occurred
- A refund is required by applicable law
- We approve an exception at our discretion
A customer’s inability to use a correctly delivered file because of incompatible software, printer limitations, incorrect settings, or failure to read the product description does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
If you experience a problem, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a corrected or replacement file.
Additional details should be provided in a separate Refund and Digital Download Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Free Downloads and Promotions
We may offer free products, password-protected pages, coupon codes, giveaways, member exclusives, and limited-time promotions.
Promotional offers:
- May have separate eligibility requirements
- May be limited to one product or redemption per person, household, account, email address, or promotion
- May not be combined with other offers
- Have no cash value unless legally required
- May end or change at the stated time
- May be revoked when obtained through fraud, sharing, automation, or misuse
Creating multiple accounts, using multiple email addresses, sharing restricted passwords, or otherwise attempting to bypass promotion limits is prohibited.
We may disqualify participants or cancel redemptions that violate the promotion rules or these Terms.

17. Tutorials, Tools, and Safety
Miniature making may involve sharp tools, cutting equipment, adhesives, paints, solvents, electrical components, power tools, laser cutters, 3D printers, small parts, heat, dust, and other potentially hazardous materials or equipment.
Website tutorials and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes. You are responsible for:

Miniatures and miniature components may present choking hazards. They are not toys for young children unless expressly manufactured, tested, and labeled for that purpose.
You assume responsibility for your choice and use of tools, products, materials, and techniques.
18. Scale Calculator and Measurements
Calculators, conversion charts, scale references, and measurements are provided for convenience. Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate calculations, results may be affected by rounding, data entry, browser behavior, software limitations, or other factors.
Verify important measurements independently before cutting expensive materials, ordering supplies, or beginning construction. We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on an unverified calculation.
19. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Website may link to third-party retailers, creators, organizations, videos, events, products, and other resources.
Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. We do not control third-party content, prices, availability, privacy practices, policies, security, or product quality.
You use third-party websites and products at your own discretion and subject to their terms.
20. Affiliate Links, Sponsorships, and Reviews
Some Website content may include affiliate links, sponsored material, gifted products, or paid collaborations. When applicable, we will provide a clear disclosure near the relevant content.
If you purchase through an affiliate link, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Compensation does not guarantee a favorable review or recommendation. Opinions expressed are our own unless clearly identified otherwise.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Website without notice. We do not guarantee that:
- The Website will always be available
- Downloads will remain available indefinitely

You are responsible for downloading purchases promptly and maintaining reasonable backup copies for personal use.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website, its content, and its products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, compatibility, availability, and uninterrupted operation to the extent such warranties may legally be disclaimed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Make It Mini and its owner, contributors, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Website or its products
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Content you submit
- Your unlawful or unauthorized conduct
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
25. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the Website must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction located in [INSERT COUNTY AND STATE], unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced on the Website or through another reasonable method.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
32. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Digital Download Policy, product-specific license terms, and any promotion-specific rules, constitute the agreement between you and Let’s Make It Mini concerning use of the Website.
If product-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.
